Every high-rise has its own rules: approved contractor lists, insurance certificates, badge and elevator scheduling, after-hours noise limits, and a chief engineer who signs off on every shutdown. We do the paperwork before mobilizing, stage material through the dock on the building's schedule, and protect finished common areas so the property manager hears nothing from other tenants.
Tenant improvements floor by floor
Office suite build-outs from the electrical closet out: new panels and transformers, lighting and controls to current energy code, furniture-system power and data, conference and AV rough-in, and demo of the previous tenant's wiring done cleanly. We coordinate with base-building fire alarm and BMS vendors so tie-ins happen once.
Risers, common areas, and occupied buildings
Bus duct and riser taps, meter and distribution work, corridor and garage lighting retrofits, amenity and rooftop spaces, EV charging in structured parking, and security and low-voltage runs through existing shafts.
