Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing www.pmtelectric.com or requesting service from Paramount Electric Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services & Estimates

• Content on this site is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. All work is performed under a written estimate, proposal, or contract agreed to before work begins.
• Estimates are based on information available at the time and may be revised if site conditions, scope, code requirements, or material costs change.
• We are a licensed, bonded, and insured electrical contractor performing work in Oregon and Washington (Licensed, Bonded & Insured · OR CCB & WA L&I). Permits and inspections are obtained where required.

Scheduling & Emergency Service

Standard hours are Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Emergency response is available 24/7 and may be billed at emergency rates, which we communicate before dispatching when possible.

Project Photography & Marketing

Unless you request otherwise, you agree that we may photograph and record video of our work on your project — including in-progress and completed installations — and use that media on our website, social media channels, and in other marketing materials. We will not publish your name or exact address without your permission. You may opt out at any time by notifying us before, during, or after the work, and we will remove or refrain from using media from your project.

Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and progress billing are set out in your estimate or contract. Past-due balances may accrue charges as allowed by law, and we may suspend work on accounts in default.

Warranties

Workmanship warranties, where provided, are described in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures, panels, and equipment are passed through to you where applicable. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Paramount Electric Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paramount Electric Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability related to performed work is governed by your service agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Oregon or Washington consumer-protection law.

Third-Party Links & Tools

The site may link to third-party services (for example, our client hub and online booking). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from work performed in Washington may be governed by Washington law where required.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
