Start with an assessment, not a sales pitch
We walk the facility, log lighting, controls, motors, and equipment schedules, review utility bills, and model where the savings are. You get a written report with measures ranked by payback, the Energy Trust incentive each one qualifies for, and a firm price to build it.
Solutions we design and install
LED lighting retrofits and networked controls, occupancy and daylight sensors, exterior and parking lot LED conversions, VFDs and motor upgrades, high-efficiency HVAC and heat pump electrical, EV charging infrastructure, and solar and battery storage systems we design and install ourselves, from array and inverter through interconnection with the utility.
Incentives, handled end to end
As a Trade Ally we pre-qualify measures with Energy Trust, submit the applications, and document the install so the incentive check arrives. Energy Trust incentives apply to Oregon customers of PGE and Pacific Power; Clark Public Utilities customers in Washington have their own programs, and we help with those too.
