Infrared thermal imaging

Thermal scans of panels, switchgear, transformers, disconnects, and motor control centers under load, identifying loose connections, overloaded conductors, and failing breakers. Every finding is photographed, rated by severity, and paired with a corrective recommendation and price.

Arc flash and NFPA 70E

Arc flash hazard labeling and the data collection behind it, coordinated with licensed engineers for the incident-energy study, plus equipment labeling, PPE guidance, and lockout-tagout support that keeps your maintenance staff compliant with NFPA 70E.

Compliance and preventive programs

Code-compliance and insurance-carrier inspections, emergency and exit lighting testing, grounding and bonding verification, torque and connection checks, and NFPA 70B-based preventive maintenance programs with an annual or semi-annual cadence and a written condition report each cycle.

How often should commercial electrical gear be scanned?
Annually for most facilities, and semi-annually for high-load, critical, or 24-hour operations. Insurers increasingly ask for the report.
Do you perform the arc flash study yourselves?
We gather the field data, coordinate the incident-energy study with a licensed engineer, and install the labels and provide the PPE guidance that come out of it.
