Underground infrastructure
Trenching, conduit and duct-bank installation, pull boxes and vaults, transformer pads and grounding, and the backfill and compaction coordination that keeps the civil contractor moving. We build to the utility's construction standards so the first inspection passes.
Services and utility coordination
Primary and secondary service installation, new service applications, easement and metering coordination, and scheduling with PGE, Pacific Power, Clark Public Utilities, and municipal utilities from application through energization.
Site power and lighting
Parking lot and roadway lighting, site signage, EV-ready conduit, irrigation and gate power, and feeders to outbuildings, laid out once so the site never has to be opened up again.
