Low Voltage, Network Cabling & Security Systems

Modern buildings run on low voltage as much as line voltage. We design and install structured cabling, surveillance, and network infrastructure with the same licensed-contractor discipline we bring to power — tested, labeled, and documented.

Structured cabling done properly

Cat6/Cat6A horizontal cabling, patch panels, racks, and fiber backbone — terminated, certified, and labeled so your IT team can actually work with it. We cable new construction, TIs, and retrofits in occupied spaces.

Security cameras and access control

IP camera systems with proper coverage design, NVR or cloud recording, and clean PoE infrastructure. We also install access control and door hardware integration for offices and commercial buildings.

One contractor for power and data

Because we're a full electrical contractor, your line-voltage and low-voltage scopes coordinate by default — one rough-in schedule, one set of as-builts, one accountable team.

FAQ Common questions

Low Voltage & Networking — Questions We Hear

Do you certify and label your network cabling?
Yes. Every drop is tested, certified, and labeled at both ends, with documentation delivered at closeout.
Can you add cameras to an existing building without tearing up walls?
Usually, yes. PoE cameras need a single cable, and we're experienced at fishing cable through finished spaces with minimal patching.
Do you handle both the electrical and data scope on commercial projects?
Yes — bundling both scopes with one contractor simplifies coordination and typically reduces total cost.
