Custom homes live or die on the details: layered LED accents in cabinetry and millwork have to be planned with the builder and cabinet shop before drywall, an attached in-law suite adds a second full living space to power, and the site systems — septic and sump — can't be allowed to fail in an outage.
Our Approach
We brought a 200A service in underground, coordinated the lighting package early — routing channels and drivers for the under-cabinet, shelf, and toe-kick LEDs ahead of finishes — wired the septic system, and put the sump pump on a redundant circuit tied to a generator inlet so a storm outage can't take it down. The low voltage and home network were self-performed alongside the wire as one plan.
The Result
A fully custom lighting experience across the main home and in-law suite, protected septic and sump systems with backup power ready at the inlet, and a wired network live on move-in day.
