Commercial Electrical Contractor in Portland, Oregon
From ground-up construction to fast-track tenant improvements, Paramount Electric Co. delivers complete commercial electrical systems for general contractors, property managers, and business owners across the Portland metro and SW Washington.
Built for general contractors and owners
We run commercial projects the way GCs need them run: clean submittals, accurate as-builts, coordinated rough-in, and crews that show up when the schedule says they will. Our project managers track every circuit from panel schedule to final inspection, so closeout doesn't become a scramble.
Hospitality and restaurant specialists
Hotels and restaurants are unforgiving electrical environments — kitchen equipment loads, dedicated circuits, low-voltage integration, and inspections that gate your opening date. We've wired franchise build-outs and full-service kitchens across the Pacific Northwest and we know what AHJs in Portland, Multnomah County, and Clark County expect.
Tenant improvements without the downtime
Occupied-building TI work demands phasing, after-hours scheduling, and dust-and-noise discipline. We plan shutdowns around your tenants, not the other way around, and we keep landlords informed with clear daily reports.
