Full-Service Hotel Renovation
Complete electrical renovation of an occupied hotel — guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and back-of-house — phased floor by floor with zero lost room-nights beyond plan.
The Challenge
The hotel remained open throughout construction. Every floor had to be de-energized, renovated, inspected, and returned to service on a fixed rotation that housekeeping and bookings depended on.
Our Approach
We built a floor-by-floor phasing plan with after-hours feeder tie-ins, pre-staged materials per floor, and a standing daily report to the GC and hotel engineering so surprises surfaced in hours, not weeks.
The Result
Each floor was returned to revenue service on schedule, and final inspection passed on the first visit for every phase.
