Extended-Stay Hotel Conversion
Electrical conversion of an operating Best Western into an Extended Stay America — every guest room gained kitchenette power, with corridors, lobby, and back-of-house renovated floor by floor.
CommercialThe Challenge
The hotel remained open throughout the conversion, and long-stay kitchenettes added two new appliance circuits to every room — load the original short-stay panels were never sized to carry.
Our Approach
We built a floor-by-floor phasing plan around upgraded panels and feeders, with after-hours tie-ins, pre-staged materials per floor, and a standing daily report to the GC and hotel engineering so surprises surfaced in hours, not weeks.
The Result
Each floor was returned to revenue service on schedule with its rooms converted for extended-stay living, and final inspection passed on the first visit for every phase.
