Major renovation converting an existing Shilo Inn into a dual-brand Homewood Suites by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton — our current scope covers the commercial kitchen, buffet and dining, main lobby, corridors, and shared guest and operational spaces.

A major existing-hotel renovation means the electrical systems are being modified and rebuilt around the requirements of the new dual-brand hotel — while coordinating continuously with the general contractor and every other trade working in the same spaces.
Our Approach
We're building extensive new and modified electrical infrastructure through the hotel's common and public areas — kitchen, buffet and dining, lobby, hallways, and operational spaces — sequencing our work with Greens Development and the other trades as each existing space is opened up and rebuilt.
The Result
Construction is underway. This entry will grow with progress photos and convert into a completed-project showcase when the dual-brand hotel opens.
