Extensive electrical and low-voltage work for the large-scale conversion of the Monarch Hotel into a Hilton Garden Inn — guest-room rewiring across three floors, a renovated lobby with decorative lighting and signage, and upgraded conference and ballroom spaces.

Converting an existing full-service hotel to Hilton Garden Inn standards touched nearly every space in the building — all three guest-room floors, the public areas that define the brand experience, and the lower-level conference and ballroom level.
Our Approach
We carried the electrical scope across the whole property: rewiring and upgrading roughly 192 guest rooms, renovating the lobby's electrical and lighting around its new architectural finishes and signage, upgrading the event spaces, and handling fire alarm portions, access-control infrastructure, and low-voltage systems as the building was brought up to its new flag.
The Result
The completed hotel now operates as a Hilton Garden Inn, with the renovated lobby — its architectural finishes, decorative lighting, and signage — showcasing the depth of electrical work behind the conversion.
