Subcontractor to federal primes
Most federal electrical work flows through prime contractors. We bid subcontract scopes from the project specifications, provide the certified payroll and compliance paperwork the prime owes the contracting officer, and deliver the submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation the spec calls for.
Specification-driven delivery
Federal work is built to the spec, not to habit. We follow UFGS and project-specific specifications, submit product data and shop drawings for approval before installation, and track every deviation through the formal RFI and change process.
Site security and access
Military and federal sites control who comes through the gate. We staff projects with badged, background-checked crews, follow escort and access rules, and coordinate deliveries and work hours with base or facility security.
Facilities and scope
Administrative buildings, maintenance and vehicle shops, warehouses, armories and reserve centers, training facilities, and site infrastructure. Scope ranges from lighting and panel replacements to complete power distribution, generators, and low-voltage systems.
