The Challenge
At nearly 18,000 square feet, this facility is a substantial ground-up commercial electrical project in the senior-care sector — the second Paramount Electric has moving into construction in the Milwaukie area.
Our Approach
Our scope supports the facility end to end: resident spaces, common areas, building systems, lighting, power distribution, life-safety systems, and the associated electrical infrastructure, with technical detail added here as construction progresses.
The Result
Pre-construction is underway. Progress photography — site and underground work, service and distribution, rough-in, lighting, and life-safety systems — will document the build through completion.
