A healthcare tenant improvement layers clinical equipment requirements on top of a standard commercial buildout — the electrical systems had to integrate with the architectural, mechanical, and equipment requirements of a working pediatric clinic.
Our Approach
We built out the electrical systems across every part of the new clinic — clinical, administrative, staff, and common areas — coordinating with the general contractor and other trades throughout construction so distribution, lighting, and equipment power landed where the clinic's design and equipment needed them.
The Result
The completed clinic opened as a modern pediatric healthcare facility with electrical systems purpose-built for its clinical and administrative operations.
