The Challenge
The building remained occupied, with a noise curfew and freight-elevator windows. The tenant's IT cutover allowed a single weekend for the server room to come online.
Our Approach
Power and data scopes were sequenced as one plan — a benefit of self-performing both. The server room was built, certified, and burn-in tested ahead of the cutover weekend.
The Result
The tenant moved in on schedule; all 300+ cable drops certified, labeled, and documented at closeout.
