Original plaster walls and trim the owners wanted preserved, plus insurance requirements demanding full K&T remediation with documentation.
Our Approach
We fished new circuits with surgical access openings, photographed every concealed junction's removal for the insurer, and patched access points ready for paint.
The Result
Insurance requirements satisfied, plaster preserved, and a panel schedule that finally matches the house.
